PAYMENT & BANK ACCOUNT OPTIONS

• Payments to our university can be made via bank transfer or online by credit card. International students are strongly advised to make their payments via bank transfer.

• Please be informed that the university has only one official bank account, which is clearly stated in the Letter of Acceptance. The university does not use or authorize anyother bank account for payments.

• International bank transfers are generally credited to the university’s accounts within approximately 2–3 business days. Students are therefore kindly requested to take this processing time into consideration when making their payments.

• During the registration process, students may be asked to present proof of payment (bank receipt). For this reason, it is important to retain all payment receipts and transaction documents.

• If the full annual tuition fee is paid at the time of registration, a 5% cash (advance) payment discount will be applied to the tuition fee.

• In order for a student to complete their university registration, at least half of the annual tuition fee must be paid (Except for students from Turkmenistan-State Scholarship). The remaining half must be paid before the beginning of the second semester (31 January 2027).

• For installment payments, half of the tuition fee must be paid after deducting the deposit amount. Example: For a program with a tuition fee of USD 5,000, the student must first pay a USD 1,000 deposit, then pay USD 1,500 at the time of registration, and pay the remaining USD 2,500 on the second installment due date.

• Tuition fees must be paid to the university’s bank account via bank transfer. The university does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
