International Office
After students or agencies apply through apply.okan.edu.tr, they receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter. This letter does not guarantee enrollment and cannot be used for a visa application.
To proceed with their application, students are required to pay the deposit fee within the specified period stated in the Conditional Acceptance Letter (the deadline may be extended upon request, subject to approval). Once the deposit has been paid, the University issues and sends the student both:
4o a Final Acceptance Letter containing their YÖK ID information, and an official Visa Letter that can be submitted to the Embassy, Consulate, or Visa Center.

The university is currently located on the Tuzla Campus. It offers a total of 56 undergraduate programs, 44 associate degree programs, and 142 graduate programs, operating under 11 faculties, 2 vocational schools, a conservatory, and graduate schools.
