Blue Diploma

The Blue Diploma,officially known as the Diploma Supplement,is an internationally recognized document issued together with a university diploma. It explains the nature, level, content, and status of the education you have completed in a standardized format accepted across Europe and many other countries.

At Istanbul Okan University, the Diploma Supplement (Blue Diploma) is issued to all graduates together with their diplomas.

This system was developed within the framework of the Bologna Process to ensure that degrees are transparent, comparable, and easily recognized worldwide. The document is usually provided in English.
