For programs with a tuition fee below USD 6,500, a deposit of USD 1,000 is required. For programs with a tuition fee above USD 6,500, a deposit of USD 2.500 is required. 
The installment payment should be made in 2 (two) equal installments as follows: the first installment at the time of registration (By deducting the deposit amount), and the second installment by the beginning of the second semester (by January 31).
An additional  5% advance payment discount will be applied to students who pay their annual tuition fee in a single installment instead of two installments.
When a newly registered student has a sibling, spouse, or child already enrolled at the university, or when family members register simultaneously, each student is entitled to an additional 10% tuition fee discount.
An additional  13% discount (USD 16,965) will be applied to students of Turkmen nationality enrolled in the Medicine (Turkish) program.
An additional  8% discount (USD 17,940) will be applied to students of Iranian nationality enrolled in the Medicine (Turkish) program.
An additional  7% discount (USD 13,950) will be applied to students of Iranian and Turkmen nationality enrolled in the Dentistry (Turkish) program.
A 30% discount will be applied to Istanbul Okan University graduates for their enrollment in new programs.
For undergraduate programs with a duration of four (4) years or less , if the student chooses to pay the full tuition fee for the entire education period in advance at the time of enrollment, 12% discount will be applied to the total amount.
For undergraduate programs with a duration of five (5) years or more, if the student chooses to pay the full tuition fee for the entire education period in advance at the time of enrollment, a 15% discount will be applied to the total amount.
An additional 20% country discount will be applied to enrollments in English-taught undergraduate programs with a tuition fee of USD 5,000 for students coming from Sub-Saharan Africa listed in Annex 1 and from the South and Southeast Asian countries included in the attached list.
It has been decided that, for students from the countries listed in Annex 1 who receive a visa refusal, provided that they submit an official visa refusal document, the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded after deducting a USD 250 service fee. For students other than those in these cases, deposit fees paid for pre-registration are non-refundable under any circumstances.
